Question: My dad is 87 yrs old. He feels very weak. Blood pressure just taken is 181 / 90 and pulse/or is 89. Should I call someone?

Thank you, he awoke again 2 hours later and it was 151/ 79. He s better today, very low 116/ 62. He eats a lot of Pretzels with salt. how does this affect him?
