Brief Answer:
Following advice.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
The probability of you having a heart attack are minimal. Your symptoms seems related to gallbladder issues. However, cardoac problems should be excluded first.
I would like to say that if the pain increase its intensity or your overall health conditions seems to get worse you should go to ER. Otherwise you should schedule for the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- blood work
- ecg
- chest x ray
- abdominal ultrasound
- cardiac echo
- stress test
Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
