Question: I have had a bad back, went to er today. My fever was and is again 101.4 what should I do

If there is temperature of 101.4 the chances of infection is high. Do you have any other symptoms apart from back pain? Cough or cold, body aches, urine burning, stomach hurts, diarrhoea.
I suggest to take Acetaminophen Double strenght and tepid water sponging all over the body twice a day.
