
Suggest Treatment For High Fever And Rashes On The Lower Legs

Question: This in referance to case of XXXXX M/42 yrs suffering from fever since last 4 days. intitally had high fever on 18 th oct with rash on the right lower leg for about 2 days. Then the fever subsided for one day and the rash also decreased but it appeared on the same leg now below the knee and he is also having localised pain above the thigh .The affected area was slightly swollen, red, warm , painful & tender .To r/o dengue we got CBC done on 20th in which the platelet was 2.55 lacs/cmm & WBC -8800 . Howvere since the fever came back on 21st , we repeated CBC in evening wherein the platelet was 2.81 however the WBC is 15800 Am attaching the photographs also , pls let me know if the diagnosis can be known as we are suspecting it to be ? cellulitis and also advise if any change in treatment or any further tests to be done or can be mangaed conservativle at home.
