Suggest Treatment For High Fever And Vomiting
Question: Hi, had strong fewer two days before, unable to eat from last 3 days, had vomiting last night. same situation was there last week but recovered using fewer medicine.
what kind of diseases it can be & what treatment is required ?

Based on the information it appears to be viral fever, I will suggest you to take symptomatic treatment, that will be enough.
Take tablet sinerest three times a day for 3 days.
Capsule omez 20 mg once daily in morning before breakfast.
I would advice you to drink plenty of water, semi solid food for day or two.
I would suggest you to go for complete blood picture, to get better picture, if symptoms persists after 5 days of treatment.

It is difficult to comment on the yollowish discoloration without examination. Yellowish discoloration of eyes is not noted with the agent.
I would suggest you to drink plenty of water and observe for two days, if you feel that are still yellowish, I would suggest you to see doctor for examination once.
