Question: my heartrate is 105 I feel like hell ( sinus) and I have a my temp is 99.8 coughing up all kinds of flem taking Sudafed, but still feel like hell. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

I have reviewed your information fully and you most likely have a viral upper respiratory tract infection. Please, add tylenol 1000mg to this. While Sedated will help with blocked nostrils, it will not help with the fever and pain. In addition. drink much water and get some more rest. Significant relief would be in about 3-5days.
