Hi

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM

I understand your concerns but don't worry. You may do the following measures:
1. Instead of Ibuprofen, you may give her Syp. Paracetamol or Meftal P. Repeat the dose at 6-8 hours interval if fever persists.
2. Do cold sponging to bring faster relief.

Hopefully this will help her.

If fever persists for more than 3 days or if there are any associated symptoms, then do contact me.
I will be happy to help you.
Take care
