Question: Hi, My daughter is 3 yrs and 15kg in weight. She is having fever from throat infection which is around 102-103....we have given crocin at 8:00 pm but fever is not coming down can i give maftal p right now.
plz suggest

After reading your post, I would advise that you should get your daughter clinically examined and investigated by her Paediatrician.
A throat swab culture will help in planning suitable antibiotic for treating the infection.

Meftal-P and crocin both have paracetamol and can be repeated after 6 hours.
