Suggest Treatment For High Fever, Sore Throat, Cough And Sinus Headache
Question: my symptoms...going on my 3rd day of... sore throat, bronchial cough, sinus headache, 99.7 fever, yesterday it was 100.7...chills, and body aches

Most cases of these infections are viral though bacterial infections can occur as well though not as commonly.
(A)There are different formulation of nyquil so if you have a type that contains an antihistamine and decongestant then this would be helpful.
(B)A topical decongestant nose drop can be used as well to help relieve your congestion and this would help with the sinus headache eg otrivine or normal saline drops
(C)paracetamol or ibruprofen would help with fever, headache and sore throat
A topical agent to the throat would also help the sore throat eg chloroseptic, diflam, covonia throat spray
(D) mucolytic would help if the cough is wet , this would break up the mucus so that it can be easily expelled
Eg bisolvan, mucomyst, guaifenesin
Rest and fluids are also important
