Question : I smoked cannabis 2 hours ago and I was fine went to go to bed and immediately HR spikes to 118 at rest.should I be worried .

Hello

The by products that are released from Cannabis smoke are sympathetic stimulants due to which hear rate increases and it is also prone to cause fatal Arrythmias by sinus node dysfunction and sometimes heart heart also due to vasoconstriction.

So its advisable not to indulge yourself in canabis abuse.
