Suggest Treatment For Hip And Groin Pain

Question: I have had hip and groin pain now since last march. I had stem cell and platelets injections 5 months ago
and still have pain. My question is do you think i will need a hip replacement. I had an MRI done and it showed carthledge tear and arthritis.

Thanks for responding. Yes I have the cd showing the MRI and also a recent xray
I had done on the same disc. I could mail them to you, or maybe e-mail them if I can figure out how to do it.
I am trying everything I can to avoid a hip replacemnet. But it may be my only alternative. Please advise. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

I suspect a hip replacement is your only option however at your age it is an excellent one for arthritis in the hip joint.
