Hello, Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Since she cant bear weight on the leg and heard a pop on falling a bone injury is very likely. This will not heal properly at home. It is best to consult an orthopedician and at least get an X-ray done to evaluate the type of injury she has suffered.
I hope this answers your query.

Well considering she wont go to dr im concerned. We are putting heat and epsom salt wraps on her leg. Is there more we can do from home?
