Brief Answer:
Conservative management

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Thanks for the query.

Hip pain due to inflammation may have many causes. Common causes include trauma, infections, deformities, avascular necrosis, hip arthritis, hip dysplasia and so on.

Usually hip arthritis due to most causes is a strong indication for hip replacement when the arthritis is severe. This will eliminate the pain, stiffness and decreases range of movement by converting to stable and painless artifical joint.

Till ho replacement is considered, Conservative management like use of pain killers like Ibuprofen are used. Avoiding weight bearing on the involved hip. Use of weight relieving orthotics like crutches Walker etc. can be used.

Once hip replacement is done you won't be allowed to squat, sir cross legged, kneel because these make you prone to dislocate the artificial hip.

You will need a proper consult with your Orthopaedic surgeon for proper diagnosis and management of the condition.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Thanking you.

Regards,
