Question: I have deep pain in my left hip...deep,deep in my hip. Worse at night and after sitting for a period of time.
when I get up from sitting my entire hip area on both sides, hurts very bad.

hip pain should be evaluate properly, there are many causes..
A xray of pelvis -AP view and left hip lateral view is required,,,
in your age group, avascular necrosis of femur and osteoporosis is important disease to be rule out. even some kind of bursitis may cause this type of pain.. which can be diagnosed only by clinical exam.
meanwhile you can take paracetamol for pain.
avoid weight bearing till get a proper diagnosis.
