If i ingest gluten i get hives that then form blisters on the hives they itch and burn (dermatitis herpetaformis) but even when i dont ingest gluten my skin will feel itchy To the point i scratch and scratch until it breaks the skin and causes a sore on my skin ususally on my arms but sometimes on my torso. I hope this is what u needed.

Thanks for responding back. Presence of blisters with itching suggest that you have developed dermatitis herpetiformis (DH). To confirm the diagnosis you have to undergo skin biopsy. Among treatment you have to totally avoid gluten. Once DH is confirmed the treatment of choice is diaminodiphenyl sulfone however it has got few side effects for which regular monitoring is required, so it is to be taken under supervision of your doctor. So I will advise you to visit your doctor first to confirm the diagnosis and then management. I hope I have answered your query and this will hep you. Wish you a good health. Brief Answer:
It is to be treated with diaminodiphenyl sulfone
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back. This itchiness is due to DH only. If it is not releived only by avoiding gluten. Then it should be tretated with diaminodiphenyl sulfone as I mentioned above. I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Wish you a good health. If you don't have further query you may rate the answer and close the discussion.
