Detailed Answer:
My Dear Madam,

Welcome.

I am Dr V XXXXXXX a dermatologist.

I have noted your concerns and will try my best to help you.

In most such cases that attend my practice, patient's being alert and trying to find out a cause has been extremely rewarding. However, a minority of my patients are not able to detect what the reason for hives is there in their cases but preventing certain common allergens almost always helps reduce the intensity of problem.

Generally the causes belong to food preservatives, dairy/ frozen foods, cosmetics, footwear, new garments, nuts, aerosols, metallic jewelry, and items that are even ordinarily part of routine lives.

In some cases, pain killers or cough preparations are also responsible for the hives.

Let me share that most patients start recovering as oon as following steps are initiated:

1 Locally, hydrocortisone cream as often as needed

2 Antiallergic tablets of Levocetrizine 5 mg once to twice a day

3 Betamethasone injectable if there is accompanying swelling in throat or difficulty in breathing. Ordinarily this would be less likely to be needed.

I hope you are not suffering from any focus of infection in any body organ.

It should start getting better with the measures noted above.
Please contact me unhesitatingly for any further help
Best wishes
