Suggest Treatment For Hives On The Body
Question: I have developed the hives with a rash. My physician told me to take Benadryl and gave me a hydrocortisone cream. It is around my arms, neck and back . Any suggestions...Trying to find a dermatologist that will see me on an emergency basis.

It started on Sunday evening. I spent most of the day outside at a craft fairI also ate Chinese food.
Yes there is itching.
No allergies to food that I know of.
I have diabetes, HTN, Stage 3 Renal Disease (which has been stable for several years)
My medications are Quinipril, Protonix -PRN Atorvastatin,Amlodipine, Levimir,Victoza.
I have been on these for a while

Thank you for getting back with the answers. First of all please accept my apology for delay in response. I have gone through them. Sorry but i did not receive any images. Features you described are suggestive of allergic reaction. If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised following things:
- cetirizine one at night for 3 days
- wash/change bedding thoroughly.
Hopefully you will see improvement in 2-3 days BUT if conditions remains same or aggravates then you need to visit hospital for i/v management.
