Question : Having having hot flashes, night sweats, dizziness when up & about, dry mouth. No ovaries for years. Had steroid injection C7-T1 two Fridays ago, had these symptoms with spinal H/A all last week. Blood patch yesterday. Felt much better afterwards, then symptoms started again last night. CBC, CM[, LIPIDS all WNLswhen treated with XXXXXXX Cocktail on Last Tuesday evening. That knocked me out, but only limited relief of non-H/A symptoms. Couldn’t work all last week. Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to hormone deprivation
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Going by the mentioned symptoms it seems that you are suffering from hormone deprivation. Such a thing is commonly encountered in perimenopausal or post-menopausal women. If that is the case, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) could provide relief. You need to visit a gynecologist to get evaluated and tested. He would be able to set up the right regimen for you.
Let me know if I could help further.
