Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXXXXX thanks for using HCM.
I went through the query and understood your concern.
Since her periods have been stopped since 4 months along with loosing weight she needs to get evaluated once.
With hyper thyroidism where in the thyroid hormone level raises with decrease in TSH level, these symptoms are possible. Since her thyroid reports are fine the other concern is her ovary and hormonal level. So get done usg abdomen and pelvis once to rule out PCOD.
For my patients with such complaints I usually evaluate to diagnose the problem before starting Nexito. So I advice the same for your daughter. Get examined and investigated and if everything comes normal then needs counselling.
Also engage with her in outdoor activities. Spend time in sports and games as these will help in increasing the appetite and also normalises hormones if any problem.
I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask if any further queries and I will be glad to answer them.
Wish you and your family a very happy life and good health.
Regards
