Brief Answer:
Lower esophageal sphincter myotomy

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Medical treatment with anti reflux medications, antacids and calcium channel blockers like diltiazem is not very successful.
The only absolute solution is to get a lower esophageal sphincter myotomy. It is done by a laparoscopic surgeon where the muscle around the lower esophageal sphincter is cut so as to reduce the back pressure of the esophageal. The success rate is around 80%

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
