Brief Answer: DETAILS BELOW Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for writing to us. There could be few causes for such affliction of hands like eczema, contact dermatitis, fungal infection, psoriasis, lichen planus, keratoderma etc. Now to pin point a possible cause, I would request you to upload an image of your hands both the palmar and dorsal side. This would help me suggesting a probable diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Also if possible, if you have previous tests reports or biopsy reports for your condition, please upload those reports too. Hoping to hear from you soon. Take care
