Brief Answer:
Looks like Dentinal hypersensitivity..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for the query..

As per your complain feeling of hot and cold sensation in upper and lower front two teeth can be most probably due to Dentinal hypersensitivity that occurs due to opening of the nerve endings present over the teeth..

Please answer the following questions so that I can guide you better..

1.Do you have any symptoms like gum bleeding or swollen gums along with hot and cold sensation?
2.Are the gums moving away towards the roots of the teeth or is there gum recession?
3.Do you have loosening of teeth?
4.Any medical problems or do you take any medications?

If any other related symptoms present please mention the same .

Please revert back with answers..

Hi Doctor,

I also felt the same around 6 months back but then this sensation went away by itself in a day or two. Now, I am having this sensation for approx. 3-4 days.

Brief Answer:
Probably Dentinal hypersensitivity..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
This is looking like sensitive teeth only and for this you can start brushing your teeth with anti sensitivity toothpaste..

You should apply the paste on your teeth and wait for about 30-40 seconds..
Then brush your teeth with the same..
Do it twice a day..

Cool your food to room temperature so that it does not hurt on eating or drinking..

You can use the desensitizing paste for 15 days and then switch back to your regular tooth paste...

Hope your query is resolved..

Regards..
