I was advised only 12.5 mg of eltroxin which I didn't start, instead opted for homeopathy.

Hairloss can persists even after proper treatment of hypothyroidism. Here is what I suggest

2. I suggest you to get a t4 and t3 along with tsh to know if hypothyroidism is under good control.
3. Wash your hair with a good shampoo according to the type of hair at least 3 times a week
4. Keep your scalp oil free and dirt free
5. Minoxidil topical application twice a day stops further Hairfall
