Brief Answer:
Details please

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand your concerns about hypothyroidism and gaining weight.

I think you need to test your TSH levels again which could be uncontrolled and hence gaining weight. Please let me know the recent values of TSH.
Have you ever done ultrasound scan? Do you have any history PCOS (Poly cystic ovarian syndrome)?

Also please let me know you weight and height.

Brief Answer:
Weight loss will regularize your periods

Detailed Answer:
Hi
If you are not able to attach it then you send it to YYYY@YYYY and with subject as ATTN: Dr. Soumya

Your thyroid levels have been under control. This does not seem to be reason for weight gain.

Your irregular periods seem to be due to your excess weight gain. This is commonly seen in women with polycystic ovaries.

Please follow diet of 1000 calories per day and exercise regularly at least 30 minutes per day.

Weight loss will surely regularize your periods. You dont need medicines to regularize your periods
