You are not anemic
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the query. I am Dr Jyothi BL and will be answering your query.
Based on the history and lab reports my opinion is as follows
1. Your symptoms are not related to hemoglobin levels as the hemoglobin is well with in normal limits. You are not anemic.
2. Your monocytes and platelets are also in the normal range.
3. Your estrogen levels and progesterone levels are low, which is probably related to the history of hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism can lower estrogen levels.
4. There are some details missing in your query, You have mentioned about hypothyroidism, but lab reports regarding thyroid function tests are not attached.
5. Are you taking supplements to correct hypothyroidism?
6. Estrogen and progesterone supplements can be taken in proper doses as hormonal imbalance could be the cause for your complaints of fatigue, light headedness.
7. Dietary supplements with estrogen rich food and reducing stress, can be of help in correcting hormonal imbalance.
Hope this helps. Any further queries glad to help again.
Regards
Dr Jyothi BL
More details necessary. Take supplements.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.
Yes, i have received your thyroid results, and it is well high and requires reduction. This is being done.
However, I do not expect aminoacid complex supplements to cause side effects. If you have side effects with a particular brand, you can think of changing the brand. Supplements are essential. If the hormones were with supplements, it would be only hormone side effects. As you have stopped taking hormones, continue the supplements. They contain essential nutrients.
Hope your blood pressure is within normal range. If not sure, get it evaluated.
Hormones, you can start with low dose and increase it slowly. The ovaries are not adequately producing hormones.
Can you answer a few more queries:
1. Was FSH and LH level not evaluated?
2. Can you mention, what hormones were prescribed?
3. Since when is the symptoms present? Can you mention the symptoms?
4. Family, is it complete?
5. Any other chronic disease or any medications you are presently taking?
6. Any other investigation done?
7. Do you have any vision problems?
Do answer my queries. I will try to help you more.

Should take hormone pills.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for replying.
I am not sure how a kidney flushing chemical could help in increase of hormone. If you do not want to take that, I can understand. It is possibly acting as a diuretic.
You need to take the hormones to improve your symptoms.
FSH & LH are hormones which are secreted from pituitary and which act on ovary to increase production of progresterone and estrogen. If FSH and LH level are low, it indicates problem at level of pituitary. If increased, ovarian problems.
Good to know, your family is completed. With hormonal imbalance, it would be better to try physical methods of contraception rather than oral contraceptive pills.
You need to take hormonal pills to improve your well being. You might require some time to adjust, but you will definitely adjust. You are still 32 and it will be of immense help to your whole body. If required, start with much lower dose, but increase it till symptoms disappear.
You can stop the aminoacid complex and go for nutritional diet rich in fish, egg, lean meat, pulses and green leafy vegetables. At this age, it is better to improve nutrition with diet.
If possible get a pituitary hormone profile done. LH, FSH and TSH are all affected. Hope there is no pituitary problem.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
