Brief Answer:
It's Hypothyroidism

Hi XXXXXXX

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
Your blood reports suggests that your thyroid gland is less active and producing less Thyroid hormones. This condition is called Hypothyroidism.
But for a TSH value of 7 ( normal is 0.3 -5 ) treatment is not started unless patient has s symptoms related to Hypothyroidism.
Your loss of hair , feeling tired are symptoms of Hypothyroidism. I want you to start Tab Thyronorm every morning. I suggest you visit your physician and dosage of medication will be decided by your doctor.
Any clarification feel free to ask.
Pleasure to answer.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Continue to exercise
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Yes you can continue to exercise , there is no restriction for exercise for Thyroid patients .
Infact I advise my patients with Hypothyroidism to exercise as because of Hypothyroidism patients will start gaining weight and their blood cholesterol level will also start going up . So exercise is the best way to control both .
There is not much of restriction in case of Hypothyroidism . Avoid Cabbage , Cauliflower and Spinach. Otherwise no other restrictions.
Any further clarifications feel free to ask .
Otherwise close the discussion and rate my answer.
Regards.
