Brief Answer:
You can go for splenectomy.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have tried almost all medicine which are routinely used in ITP.
You should go for removal of spleen. Because destruction of platelets occur in spleen. You should go for splenectomy. Then you can tried steroids again with increasing dosage.
Before that get vaccinated properly against encapsulated organism.
Promecta or rituximab can be used again after splenectomy.
Consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
