Brief Answer:
Not possible

Detailed Answer:
HI.
Let us simply this.
You have got an Incisional hernia in lower abdomen that is causing aches in groin and side of waist. This is due to local swelling and pressure locally.

The hernia is out-pouching. so this hernia should not cause any pain under the rib-cage. It is not possible that this hernia can push up under your lungs.

Sometimes the hernia contents when go down can pull on the mesentery, a thick membrane on which the small intestine hangs. A pull at the base of this mesentery can cause a pain nearing the feeling you have, of pressure under the rib cage
