Question: hi mustache is not growing properly. thin hairs in that area.

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Though mustache or beard hair is to some extent genetic and related to sex hormones ,some of the way to grow mustache thicker could be as follows:-
Don't shave too frequently.
However keep it trimmed preferably keeping decent length.
Have good nutritious diet and regular exercise.
Daily intake of multivitamin capsule containing Vit A,C,E,B3,B5 & folic acid will help.
Get your serum testosterone,LH & FSH level done and if deficient of testosterone,replacement therapy with inj testosterone will promote growth of beard and mustache but it has to be with doctor's prescription and supervision.
Local application of minoxidil lotion will also promote growth of facial hair in mustache or beard area.Topical hair growth:Apply 1 ml to affected areas morning and evening (maximum 2 ml/day).However visit a doctor before starting any medication so that you remain under periodic follow-up.
