Suggest Treatment For Incomplete Hair Growth In Beard
Question: Hello sir I am XXXX. There is some gap in between my beard and I waited for long time, its not growing. Can you suggest me what to do?

It is important to clarify a few points first. Is this the first time you are noticing this? Does it itch or not? is there any one in your family experiencing hair loss, even in the head or other areas as such? have you had any fungal infection lately?
If you just noticed this, it might be important for this to be examined by your doctor. It is not rare for some fungal infections to lead to hair loss of the beard.
The fact that this has been there for some time deserves some keener attention. Simple topical antifungal drugs, in case confirmed can be used. Other causes could also be observed like familial alopecia, which is characterized by hair loss in persons, generally with a family history of alopecia (abnormally early hair loss) with no associated infection.
I strongly suggest you get your chin examined by a doctor. Treatment would be based on main clinical findings.

This is not caused recently. from the beginning it was there. some of them said it will grow later. is it related to harmone or some deficiency?

It is difficult to relate this to some hormones. IN case it were a hormone or deficiency in a substance, it would not have as only site the beard. It would have been generalized. Other main sites like the head would have been at least touched.
I think it should be a local problem, or at most, some fungal infection. If this is ruled out, the possibility of early onset alopecia, especially if there is a strongly family history should be sought.
Hormones or substance deficiency as cause, in my opinion, is a rare possible explanation in this case.
