Brief Answer:
need some more details.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome here.
You have vaginal rashes which turn into blisters. No antifungal treatment has helped.

In my opinion, this is not a fungal infection.
I think it is genital herpes. Another possibility is an allergic reaction. But before making any conclusions, I need some more details;

1.Have you changed soaps or detergents lately or started using any genital hygiene products?

2. Is there anything that seems to make it better or worse?

3. Do you have any other symptoms? Like fever, bodyache, rashes and blister around groin or other areas of body?.

4. Have you been intimate with anyone who has similar symptoms?

Kindly reply back with answers to these questions.

Until we get a confirmation I have some suggestions for you:
1. Keep area clean. Wash with clean water or saline.
2. You can use ice packs to relieve burning.
3. Lignocaine gel will help to relieve pain.
4. Do not wear skin tight clothes.
5. Drink plenty of fluids

Hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks.

thank you for the rep mam.. im unmarried and i have not had any sex till now. i have not changed soaps or detergents. i forgot to inform this. one month back i underwent blood test for hsv type I and type II and . the results came back negative. also i have recurrent typhoid infections for the past 5 years for which i was given strong antibiotics often. along with antibiotics anti-inflammatory tablets also i have taken for long time. i have a doubt whether the rashes may be lichen planus or any type of lichenoid diseases? is ther any possibility for tat? at present both labia major and labia minor looks slightly purple colour with full area covered with tiny tiny enormous pops without gaps. also the skin appears saggy and shiny. half the mucous membrane inside labia minor also appears with same symptoms and in addition numerous white pops(less than pin head size and does not look like blister) and gradual browning of mucous membrane occuring.. when i touch the skin inside labia minor i can feel it little bit raised and porous and not smooth.. really i fear a lot about this.. i don know what sort of skin disease i am having in that area.. pls help me... i will be really thankful...

Brief Answer:
skin biopsy; corticosteroids.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the follow-up query.

I really can understand how distressed you are with your health issues.

HSV tests have come out to be negative.

Considering the details you have provided, i think there are two possibilities; drug eruptions as you have taken lots of drugs in past or lichenoid eruptions (keeping in mind the description and no response to prior treatments).

Lesions of lichen can sometime affects the genital areas. In this case the lesions are longstanding and very difficult to treat.

It is advisable to get a biopsy of the lesions done to confirm the diagnosis.

Corticosteroids (prescription drugs) would indicated in the treatment in either of the cases.
Consult a skin specialist for further physical examination and treatment.

If possible, kindly upload the picture of the lesions.

Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask further.

Kindly close the discussion if you have no more queries and give your valuable feedback.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
first physical examination, then biopsy, if needed.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Biopsy will be helpful for exact diagnosis of problem.

However, as your skin doctors did not examine the lesion physically, they might have missed the diagnosis. Physical examination is must to determine the further line of management. Requirement of biopsy will be exactly decided after physical examination of the lesion.

In my opinion, corticosteroids should be instituted for the treatment under doctor's supervision.

I do not exactly know the skin care hospitals in XXXXXXX as I belong to northern XXXXXXX but madras medical college and govt. general hospital in park town, XXXXXXX would be the best place to visit.

You yourself can insist the doctors to examine the lesions if they are unwilling and discuss these issues.

Hope this helps.
