After going through your question, test results and prescription there may be following reasons for such kind of symptoms-
- Gastritis (Drug induced)
- Related to pancreas.
- Related to heart.

In such a case there is a need for detailed physical examination.
Depending upon it there may be need for following investigations-
Complete blood count.
Liver Function Test.
Renal Function Test.
Serum Lipase and Amylase.
Urine examination.
ECG and 2DEcho of heart.
Ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis.

Depending upon physical examination and above test results further evaluation and treatment can be planned.

You are on Cyra LS and Aciloc which are antacid.
Along with it I may suggest Tablet containing Ondensetron and Domperidone.

Better to follow your treating doctor.

Went through your Complete Blood Count, Liver & Renal Function tests. All are within acceptable limits.
There may be possibility of -
Gastritis.
Diabetic gastropathy.

As you are already on antacid there is no option of suggesting further medicines without clinical examination.

In general avoid spicy, oily Food.
Late night eating.
Lying down immediately after having food.
Continue antacid Cyra LS & Aciloc.
May suggest use of Domperidon or ondensetron before each meal.
Enzymatic preparations like Unienzyme may be helpful.

I may suggest to consult gastroenterologist for detailed physical examination depending upon it further evaluation can be planned.
