Suggest Treatment For Infected Ingrown Toenail With Pus And Bleeding

Question: Hello,
I have been dealing with an ingrown toenail on my left foot for the past few weeks. There is pus and slight bleeding occasionally so I am pretty sure that it's infected. I have scheduled an appointment with a podiatrist and it is coming up here next week (July 1st). I just wanted to get an opinion on the look of the toe visually and if it looks bad enough for me to make a visit to an urgent care.
I make sure to soak my foot in warm water with Epsom salt daily and I have been applying Neosporin and a bandage immediately after. Strangely there is almost no pain as I have been taking care of it and wearing sandals and avoiding tight shoes or socks. I really didn't want to risk the infection spreading or anything and I am not sure what signs to look out for of this happening and just wanted the opinion of an expert.
