Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I can understand your concern.
I had gone through your question and reports.
Reports does not show any perforation in ear drum. The posibalities for hearing loss is the previous ear disease with age related hearing loss. The yellowish ear discharge suggestive of active ear infection. Candibiotic ear drops is used for fungal infection. Continue this drops if your treating doctor has examined your ear and told you that you have fungal infection.
I recommend the following.
1) Keep ears dry. Avoid water activities like swimming.
2) A course of antibiotics both oral and ear drops.
3) Antihistaminics for itching.
4) Review after14 days.
5) Since there is no hole in ear drum, the hearing loss is mixed the best option to treat your hearing loss could be using hearing aids.
Consult your doctor for the same.

You will be fine.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
