Suggest Treatment For Infection And Swelling In Lower Intestine

Question: Hi Doctor
I have been diagnosed for Kidney Stones, reports attached. Earlier there used to be 3 stones in right kidney and 1 in left. The 3 stones which were on the right kidney seems to be drained out of the body because of medicines that I m on since past 6-7 months The stone in left kidney still persists. It has been observed in the recent diagnose that there is some sort of infection and swelling in the lower intestine. I am not sure whether to continue with the existing treatment or not. Nor I am sure that why the infection and swelling is there? Please suggest.

Gastritis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for getting back. The symptoms you are having is that of gastritis for which you have been given pantocid, please take it once/twice a day before food. A better drug would be pantocid with domperidone combination. It popularly comes as PAN-D
1. You must eat wholesome food, rich in vegetables and fruits. Avoid sprouts, nuts and aerated drinks. Also avoid red meat until you are better
2. I suggest you to undergo endoscopy if the symptoms persists to rule out acid peptic disease
