Suggest Treatment For Infection In The Genitals

Question: I have an infection in my genital area at the right side that goes into my upper thigh area. It drains and bleeds. I have had it for several weeks. It also makes me limp. I thought it was a Pimple at first but it has lasted too long. I know that some people would assume something like herpes. FYI - I have not had sex for 20 years.
How am I supposed to pay for this consultation?

If possible upload me a photograph
Is it of constant size or progressively increasing?
What kind of drain or discharge comes out?
Are you having lymph node enlargement?
Any history of diabetes or other metabolic disease?

In my opinion you should wash it with antiseptic soap or solution and hot water.
you can apply antibacterial ointment like mupirocin to prevent superadded infection.
You may require a course of antibiotics under supervision.
