I have read your query.
I understand your concern.
Hair loss can occur due to various reasons like Anaemia, Thyroid dysfunction, Nutritional deficiency, Hormonal effects, autoimmune, genetic, infections.
You have mentioned that you have pus cells on your scalp.
I will like to know following details-
1) whether these pus cells are diffusely scattered on scalp or are present on a localized area?
2) Is the hair loss present in the localized area or present diffusely or is in some pattern?
3) Have you dandruff also in scalp ?

Brief Answer:
folliculitis is most likely possibility
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome back.
I have seen the attached photograph.
As per details, it seems that you are having a condition called Folliculitis. It is bacterial infection of skin involving the hair follicle.
In such cases, recurrent infection of hair follicle ultimately damages the root hence leading to scarring alopecia where no further hair growth becomes impossible. But if hair root are seen and are not damaged then regrowth definitely occurs.
I will advise you to get your blood sugar levels done.
If you were my patient, I would have prescribed you oral course of antibiotics like combination of ampicillin and Dicloxacillin.
You should use medicated shampoo containing betadine and ketokonazole like Betadine AD shampoo on alternate day basis.
Also apply antibiotic cream like mupirocin over the lesions twice daily.
Avoid hair oil application .
You should visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription.
You can share my opinion with him.
I hope it helps.
Stay healthy.
