Question : My husband has inflammation on the bump on top of his arch. He has metas tic cancer , colon with mets to the liver & some lymph nodes, currently undergoing chemotherapy

I have reviewed the image. It looks like an infection of the skin. Topical antiseptic creams can be applied. If not reducing, then oral antibiotics. You may need to consult your primary physician for a prescription.
