Based on your description it appears to be infectious diarrhea associated with the food intake which you mentioned.

If there is associated fever or leucocytosis on blood counts then this would further confirm the diagnosis.

Antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin with metronidazole can be started empirically along with isotonic fluids to prevent dehydration.
