Suggest Treatment For Infertility

Question: I took clomipure 100 for 5 days from day3 to day7. on day 8th I went for u/s and follicle size was 19mm and on day 10 it was 23mm. and on the same I was given HCG 5000 for follicle rupture. as advised by doctor I went for u/s on day12 and the follicle did not rupture and size was 25mm. now my doctor advised me to for u/s on day 17. kindly advise why the follicle did not rupture and what treatment I should go for.

Hi

I understand your concerns about Unruptured follicle.

This seems to be a cyst from beginning and not a follicles. Always follicular scan has to be done day 2 or 3 of cycle to check if there is cyst. If so clomipure should not be started.

Follicle could not have reached 23 mm on day 10. This appears to be a cyst from beginning.

As of now I suggest you don't get anymore scans and wait for next periods. Get scan on day 2 of next cycle to rule out cyst and start stimulation with clomupure. Don't start without scan on day 2.

Thanks. .. when I go for scan on day2 of my cycle how will I differentiate between follicles and cyst. If there is a cyst then which medicine I should take. ..? What treatment I should have to go..?

Thanks...Why I have 19mm cyst on day8..??can I take any medicine to induce periods because I have irregular periods...

On day 17 I went for scan as per my doctor's advice... as per the report my follicle is ruptured and free fluid was seen in POD.. we had intercourse on day 15. kindly advice if there is a possibility of pregnancy...

on day 8 largest follicle was 19mm
on day 10 it was 23mm, I got a injection hcg 5000.
on day 12 it was 25mm then I went for scan on day 17. follicle was ruptured and free fluid in pod. pls suggest me what is going on... I also attached my scan report... advice pls..

but I got injection hcg5000 on day 10 and follicle ruptured on day 17. follicle take 36 hours to release egg after taking injection.. but in my case it is not like that.. why follicle took so long time to release egg. is this possible..?? pls advice

Bigger follicles would have ruptured after hCG. If you notice there were some other follicles which would have ruptured later. Hence you are seeing it now.
