Question: Hello doctor my wife was prescribed tablet fertyl 150 1hr after lunch
tablet ovigyn D 1-0-1*3mts tablet lupigest 200 orally/vaginally for 10 days in the year 2012 .But due to some problems we further could not try .Right now in the year 2016 we are again planning.But at that time her weight was 65kg and now 70kg.she is taking medicines from october 2011.in oct 2011 she was prescribed tab doxy 1 after lunch,tab chymotrip 1-1-1 10 days.,tablet productive F 1 after dinner for 60dyas ,inj placentrex lamp alt day 5days.After this in yr 2012 XXXXXXX doctor recommended her sos Laparoscopy cornual cannula to be done in december 2012.but still in that she gave inj placentrex lamp alternate 10 days,cap Doxy 1,after lunch 14 days.I myself husband had semen check with everything normal only Total Sperm count was 12.8million.for that doctor gave me vitamin.This was the situation in yr 2012.Doctor finally suggessted for laparoscopy sos.Now i want to ask dr told her that 1 fallopian tube was blocked and other open.SO what are the treatment options she can now go on like IUI or any herbal treatment?Any options for treatment so that she can be pregnant.

In my opinion she can try naturally for conception because her one fallopian tube is intact.
For that you should go for sexual intercourse on alternate days and near her ovulation period,consume healthy and nutritious diet,weight reduction through exercise, yoga and meditation to relaxation.
As your sperm count is low and she had one block fallopian tube,if she will not get pregnant in next 6 months you can go for IUI.
