Suggest Treatment For Infertility

Question: My wife and i have been trying for several years to have kids. Nothing is happening. I have had a fertility test and everything is good on my side. My wife has 1 child prior to our marriage but I can't seem to bare any with her. I have read many on lines articles but NOTHING WORKS. I am a 42 year old man, uncircumised and i would like to know could that be part of the problem

Just because she had one child in previous marriage, doesn't mean that she has no problem in conceiving again.
She also need hormonal analysis along with ultrasound scan to find out about uterus and ovaries.If everything is normal she has to undergo tubal patency test either HSG or Saline salpingography.
Mean while make sure that your sperm count ,motility and morphology is adequate.
