Suggest Treatment For Infertility
Question: I had secondary infertility and it took 14 years to have my second baby. My older sister cpwas never able to have a child. My youngest sister took 7 years a piece to have her two children. Now my youngest daughter, after five years of marriage wants a baby and she has only been trying for three months. Given our extended history of infertility, I think she needs to go to an infertility specialist. My oldest daughter had two miscarriages at five monthss. I can not bear to see my youngest daughter go through this. What is your advice! Is it too soon to see a specialist?
Brief Answer:
Very early
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I read your query and I understand your concerns.
Following is my reply:
1) It is very early to see a specialist as she have been trying for 3 months only.
2) The couple can try for another 6 months before evaluation is necessary

I do not mean to be vulgar, but my daughter and son-in-law have sex every day, except when she is on her period. Would not there chances be better if they stopped having sex every day?
Brief Answer:
No problem
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If the sperm count is normal there is no problem. Let them have good sex life. Its not a problem.
Chances are best if they can have sex around ovulation time at middle of cycle when egg release occurs. Having sex daily wont affect fertility chances. DOnt worry about it.
