Brief Answer:
cream containing antibiotic and steroid
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I understand your concern.
I have seen the attached photograph also.
This condition is known as Paedrous dermatitis or Insect bite reaction. In such cases, I prefer to advise topical cream containing antibiotic and steroid. The cream is to be applied twice daily over the affected area.
In severe cases, oral antibiotics are also given like cloxacillin. For pain and swelling, anti inflammatory drugs like diclofenac helps.
You should visit your doctor so that he can examine her and give you prescription.
You can share my opinion with him.
I hope it helps. Take care.
