sir the abodominal obstruction by stool I have had dcl bisomal and froster and yesterday I have injected from colon I am really dissy some time I filli will die soon

I would suggest you to consult a gastrosurgeon and get colonoscopy done .
This will help to diagnose cause of alternative diarrhoea and constipation. It is necessary as because you have this symptoms from long time. At your age it may be inflammatory bowel disease or any obstruction. In both cases you get crampy pain and sound from abdomen . Once diagnosis is done further treatment may be initiated.
Without exact diagnosis it is not advisable to take multiple treatments .
