Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.

I can understand your concern for the lump over scrotal region.

I have analysed the picture with diligence and can make out that you have a simple condition known as Infundibular cyst or commonly known as sebaceous cyst.

It is simple collection of cheezy material by the blockage of oil glands. It never cause any problem and is totally benign condition.

In my patients I generally excise the cyst either with simple excision or by radiocautery. You can mee a Dermatologist for the same.
