Suggest Treatment For Ingrown Hair On The Penis

Question: I have something on the base of my penis is started like an ingrown hair so i tried to get it out 4 months ago and found nothing. When i shie anloght through it it looks scabby. I ignored it and it went away but now its back and i gear it is melanoma. It changes from lumpy to flat. I attach images

This scar doesn't appear like melanoma. This appears more like a fungal (yeast) infection. This infection needs to be treated.

Apply antifungal ointment available over the counter and see if it helps.
