Brief Answer:
Needs Detail Investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
Fever with lymph node swelling in inguinal region indicates infection some where in pelvis, it can be your hemorrhoids with infection as well as they are painful.
You should also get investigated for any intrabdominal infection.
From your records in HCM I have come to know that your ct scan was within normal limits.
Now with low grade fever , enlarged lymph nodes, and tail bone pain you must also get yourself tested for pelvic inflammatory disease and Abdominal KOCH'S.
After a broad spectrum antibiotic course, you should go for FNAC that is fine needle aspiration cytology. That will clear the diagnosis as to worry for these nodes or not.
I hope I have answer all your queries, if any more please do post in here.
Good luck.

Brief Answer:
Yes even then it could be infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
It has been observed in my clinical practice that in very early and localized infection it is not always that complete blood count change appreciably.
Even in early abdominal Koch's does not show changes in early stages.
Fever with enlarged lymph node and painful hemorrhoids does indicate antibiotic treatment.
Do consult your doctor in case of any doubts.

Good luck,

my pain with hemorrhoids has been gone for sometime now. I started taking fiber vitamins. I just recently started feeling feverish I have a sore throat

Brief Answer:
Fever may be because of sore throat.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

Sore throat may be the cause of your fever, keep doing warm saline gargle.
If your fever goes above 100 then you should take acetaminophen.
For your nodes I still feel FNAC or biopsy is required, as it is not a sign to let go undiagnosed.

Any more question is welcome or you can close it by rating it.
Good luck.
