Question: My sister's kid has inner ear pain. Please advise any medicine or drops.
He is 5 yr old.

Thanks for the query.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history it appears that your sister daughter are most probably having Acute otitis media or ear wax . Acute otitis media is common after cold & cough causes severe pain . Ear wax causes block sensation in ear with pain .

If I were her treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
use syrup combiflam 5ml thrice daily for pain ,
syrup Xyzal M 5ml twice daily &
antibiotic syrup like Azee 5ml once daily .
Ear drop Ciplox D 2 drop thrice daily .

She will get relief. Ear examination is needed to know exact cause of ear pain. You will need to see an ENT specialist for examination, diagnosis and prescription for medication .
