Question: Husband bit multiple times on the face by an insect (likely spider). Went to ER when face started swelling. Antibiotics given. Looks worse. Should we go back

In my opinion, of the swelling is still the same now with the situation when the photo was taken, your husband doesn't need to rush to ER.

There can be used ice locally to decrease the swelling.

If swelling growths and/or other symptoms that may indicate allergic reaction such difficulty breathing, red marks on skin (rash) appear, then your husband should go back to ER.
